Littleton Forward is committed to full transparency in its operations, expenditures, and advocacy efforts. As a not-for-profit entity, Littleton Forward does not solicit or accept donations, grants, or sponsorships, ensuring complete financial independence. This report outlines our revenue, expenditures, advocacy time, and cooperation with law enforcement for February 2025, in alignment with our established Transparency Policy.

Littleton Forward operates as a self-funded not-for-profit entity and does not accept donations, grants, or public funding. All operational expenses are covered through self-funding by advocates and volunteers.

All expenditures reflect operational costs necessary to maintain Littleton Forward’s advocacy, outreach, and public service efforts.

3. Advocacy Time Report

Littleton Forward tracks all advocacy time to ensure transparency and accountability in resource allocation.


The following reflects the total hours dedicated by advocates during February 2025:

  • Research (Campaign financing, BOS meeting minutes, work session meeting minutes, nonpublic minutes, town governance failures, welfare department and guideline issues, BOS candidate and member investigations) - 80 hours per week
  • BOS Meeting Attendance - 4 hours
  • Website Design - 10 hours
  • Social Media Management - 40 hours
  • Outreach (ConnectCare line, community engagement, meetings with community members, connecting with resources) - 30 hours
  • BOS Meeting Planning - 10 hours
  • Workshop Preparation - 20 hours
  • Total Advocacy Time - 280 hours


4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Littleton Forward maintains a strict policy of non-cooperation with law enforcement unless legally compelled through a subpoena or court order.
